The doors to the hall will open 30 minutes before the start of the concert in order to avoid overcrowding.
Social distancing must be observed when queuing to enter L’Auditori.
Members of the audience must wear a face mask at all times: when entering and leaving, when entering common areas and during the entire concert.
Hand gel dispensers will be available at the various entrances. Lidded pedal bins will also be provided.
L’Auditori has established the capacity of the venue in accordance with the social distancing rules issued by the health authorities.
Ushers will control the flow of people to ensure that social distancing is observed.
Once you are seated, you may not change seats until the end of the show.
In general, concerts will not have an interval.
No programmes or leaflets will be handed out. They will be available on our website.
Lifts may only be used by one person at a time. People who need assistance may be accompanied in the lift by one other person.
The cloakroom service will not be available.
The café will only be open before the concert. Overcrowding must be avoided at all times, and social distancing must be observed.
L’Auditori’s halls are cleaned, disinfected and ventilated in accordance with the recommendations from the Generalitat de Catalunya’s Department of Health.
If you have any symptoms or have been in direct contact with someone who is ill, stay at home and do not attend the concert.
L'Auditori has been awarded the “Disinfection Monitored” seal of approval by SGS, which assesses and monitors the cleaning and disinfection of its facilities as a Covid-19 prevention measure.
