Núria Graham, Queralt Lahoz, Clara Viñals, Marina Herlop, The Sey Sisters, Ikram Bouloum i altres artistes, aquest divendres a L’Auditori

21-Mar-2022 – Aleix Palau

On 25 March, Hall 2 Oriol Martorell at L’Auditori will be hosting a radiophonic and audiovisual show with live music, commissioned by L’Auditori for the Sit Back cycle.

Núria Graham, Queralt Lahoz, Clara Viñals (Renaldo & Clara), Ikram Bouloum and The Sey Sisters will perform songs by Britney Spears, Lana Del Rey, Blondie, Lesley Gore, Cecilia, France Gall, The Crystals and Tammy Wynette, backed by an all-female band formed by Marina Herlop, Sandra Monfort and Andrea González Giráldez, with musical direction by Jordi Matas (El Petit de cal Eril, Ferran Palau).

Amor Odi Radioshow centres on love and hate, the leitmotiv of the 21-22 season at L’Auditori. These opposing concepts will serve as a common thread to explore toxic love through romantic songs passed down from generation to generation. Songs we have sung all our lives but now see, from a twenty-first century viewpoint, as describing abusive relationships. Can one separate the song and the writer? And separate the lyrics from the song? Hidden Track and Radio Primavera Sound look for the answers in the Love Hate Roadshow, featuring live music and variety with a feminist and LGTBIQ+ discourse.

Presented by AL-V, the show includes variety acts by Radio Primavera Sound presenter Daniela Blume, comedian Març Llinàs and poet Mireia Calafell. A uniquely varied show aimed at combating the use of toxic relationships in love songs.
