As part of the OBCPops programme, Peter Jackson’s award-winning feature film, which chalked up eleven Oscars, will be screened on 11, 12 and 13 January in Hall 1- Pau Casals, thereby closing L’Auditori’s Christmas programme with the OBC, the Youth Choir and the Orfeó Català girls’ choir, the VEUS – Amics de la Unió children’s choir and the soprano Clara Sanabras, all of them conducted by David Reitz.
In addition, the concert by the duet formed by flautist Emmanuel Pahud and pianist Éric Le Sage, one of the main events of L’Auditori’s Chamber Music season, will take place on 14 January in Hall 2- Oriol Martorell.
The popularity of these concerts adds to the success of other programmes in this season, such as the OBC’s opening concert, pianist Lars Vogt’s recital, and last December’s show starring the plastic artist Frederic Amat, Cabosanroque and La Veronal.
