PART I: Miquel Llobet Barcelona International Guitar Competition Final: A high-level international classical guitar competition for young musicians of all nationalities of up to 35 years of age.
PART II:The Catalan Youth Philharmonic, conducted by Melani Mestre, will perform the piece Sinfonía de Ilegales, written by the composer and pianist Luis Arquer for the film of the same name directed by José Luis de Damas.
