Programme

The poems of Montserrat Abelló, Miquel Desclot and Juana Dolores speak to us about Women, Humanity and the Nation. Three critical perspectives that are, nevertheless, full of hope. Elisenda Fábregas, Josep Vila and Marc Migó are three internationally recognised modern composers with very diverse backgrounds. Their works reflect the critical strength, light and hope revealed in the poems. Works that move, challenge and excite us, signposting a one-way road to full equality. We want to make all women artists more visible, ensuring that they will be remembered in the future and inspire new generations. EL COR CANTA, more than a choir. Five years commissioning new works to stir emotions and pass them on to transform society.
