Program

In its first part, the first of the concerts in the 3rd cycle of Music for Cobla at the Auditori concentrates on some of the most interesting contributions of the musicians who are currently giving the Cobla line-up new and up-to-date impetus and sound. In the second part, and in full, La Cobla Sant Jordi will premiere the ‘Missa funky’ written by Marc Timón, in which the weight of the Joan Díaz Electric Trio will marry the approach of the rounded sound of the double reed to the rhythmic effectiveness of a session trio.
