Although he is safe, the doctors have prescribed absolute rest. This circumstance prevents him from traveling to Barcelona and interpreting the concert scheduled for next Monday, April 24. Our dear friend Pinchas Zukerman, in addition to interpreting Beethoven's Violin Concerto, has offered to conduct the orchestra in this concert. The fact that the New World Symphony is not in Maestro Zukerman's repertoire forces us to make a repertoire change.
