Friendship is one of the most important driving forces for us humans. This is illustrated by the Big Bao project by pianist Toni Mora. Four young Mallorcan musicians, who travelled to Barcelona to train as musicians at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya, stayed in close contact after their shared student years. This mutual journey has led to a shared creative process, culminating in a repertoire of highly singular works, marked by the differences influences of its members: jazz, traditional music and the songs that left their mark on them during their personal growth and human development, which they now wish to share with us.
