Face-to-face queries will be dealt with from 9.30 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday. This is in addition to the existing telephone helpline number 93 247 93 00 and the customer service e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Existing season tickets can now be renewed, and new ones purchased, but customers will not be charged for them until specific measures for live concerts have been established.
All procedures can be carried out on this area of the website. Individual tickets, flat rates for young people, family passes and à-la-carte season tickets are not yet available. These will go on sale as part of a second phase.

L’Auditori de Barcelona is providing a face-to-face customer service desk in accordance with the health authorities’ recommendations at the entrance to Hall 1 Pau Casals.
