NEW FACE-TO-FACE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR QUESTIONS AND QUERIES AT THE ENTRANCE ‎TO HALL 1 PAU CASALS

L’Auditori de Barcelona is providing a face-to-face customer service desk in accordance with ‎the health authorities’ recommendations at the entrance to Hall 1 Pau Casals.‎

NEW FACE-TO-FACE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR QUESTIONS AND QUERIES AT THE ENTRANCE ‎TO HALL 1 PAU CASALS

Face-to-face queries will be dealt with from 9.30 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm Monday ‎to Friday. This is in addition to the existing telephone helpline number 93 247 93 00 and the ‎customer service e-mail abonaments@auditori.cat. ‎

Existing season tickets can now be renewed, and new ones purchased, but customers will ‎not be charged for them until specific measures for live concerts have been established. ‎‎

All procedures can be carried out on this area of the website. ‎Individual tickets, flat rates for young people, family passes and à-la-carte season tickets are ‎not yet available. These will go on sale as part of a second phase.‎
