This coming Sunday, 21 June, is Make Music Day, always an important date on L’Auditori de Barcelona’s calendar. Many great events, such as the OBC concert on the beach or activities at L’Auditori’s facilities, have been held to mark the occasion over the institution’s twenty years of history. In view of the health situation, this year we have had to rethink the format, but we have not given up on live music.

On Sunday, 21 June, L’Auditori de Barcelona will hold a draw for 60 passes: 30 to attend a Barcelona Symphony Orchestra rehearsal and 30 for a Barcelona Municipal Band rehearsal. Both events will take place on the morning of 2 July.

If you would like to take part in the draw, you must register your interest viaby filling in this form and requesting either one or two passes for your chosen rehearsal by midnight on Sunday, 21 June. Winners will be contacted by L’Auditori from Monday, 22 June, with instructions to ensure the full safety of everyone at the event.

Open Day at the Museu de la Música
A few weeks ago, the the Museu de la Música de Barcelona opened its doors. Since then, it has gradually returned to normal and welcomed back it first visitors.

As every year, it too will be taking part in the Make Music Day celebration with an open day from 10 am to 7 pm on Sunday, 21 June.
In order to avoid crowds and ensure compliance with the measures that have been established, there will be no concerts this year. However, this provides a great opportunity to enjoy one of the continent’s best collections of instruments.
