L’Auditori has been forced to suspend its activity as of tomorrow 12 March until 26 March ‎‎(both days inclusive) in compliance with guidelines announced this morning by the ‎Generalitat de Catalunya to alleviate the impact of the Coronavirus.‎

‎The concerts scheduled for this evening will go ahead as planned as the ‎measure enters into force as of Thursday, as indicated by the competent authorities.‎

‎ The concert featuring the Aris Quartett / Dudok Quartet / ‎Esmé Quartet programmed for tomorrow 12 March in Sala 2 will still take ‎place. It is possible to guarantee that less than one third of the total seating capacity will be ‎filled in this production, a compulsory requirement during this vigilant phase. ‎


‎Ticket refunds‎
‎-People who bought their tickets online for one of the cancelled concerts ‎will receive the automatic refund of their purchase directly to the card ‎with which it was made.‎

‎-Those who bought tickets at the box office can send an email to ‎contacte@auditori.cat, specifying their card number and expiry date and they will receive the ‎full amount refunded to their card. Alternatively, they can contact us using this same email.‎

‎-Anyone who has a concert affected that is part of their subscription will ‎be able to change it for any other concert offered during the season they are subscribed to at ‎no cost.‎

‎-Schools, groups and collectives affected by the cancellations will receive ‎an email with specific instructions.‎

The teams at L’Auditori are working to process all refunds as quickly as possible, but as it ‎involves large numbers of customers, this may take several days. We thank everyone who ‎has bought tickets for their understanding and patience. ‎
