With more than 20 years performing on stage and on the back of two extensive tours promoting his previous two albums, Pau Vallvé will be performing a work that, in spite of its English title, is sung entirely in Catalan and has been composed, played, mixed and produced solely and exclusively by the artist himself.
Pau Vallvé brings us an explosive and electric, yet introspective and emotional, work. Twelve songs that exude the characteristic cocktail of emotions to which this musician from Barcelona has got us accustomed.
The artist arrives in L’Auditori accompanied by Darío Vuelta on the bass, foot-controlled keyboards and lights, and Víctor Garcia on the drums.
Pau Vallvé’s concert marks the halfway point of the Sit Back season, which is testament to L’Auditori’s great support for modern music. Following the success achieved among both critics and audiences by Francesco Tristano, Robert Forster and now Pau Vallvé, the season will continue with María José Llergo in February, James Blake in April and PAVVLA in May.
