The multidisciplinary nature of the members of the quartet formed by the composer, multi-instrumentalist and poet Ben LaMar Gay, the musician and sound artist Sam Pluta, the pianist and improviser Sophie Agnel, and the double bass player Pascal Niggenkemper, reflects a very particular form of creative expression, which, based on improvisation, expands beyond the boundaries of any genre, fusing elements of jazz, experimental music, electronic music and funk.

In 2020, they launched Pang!, a new project that transfigures folklore through improvisation and the eclectic freedom that characterises its performers, inviting listeners to immerse themselves in a sumptuous and constantly evolving universe of sound.
