ELIZABETH SOMBART, piano ‎
From Carnegie Hall to the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Sombart has performed in some of the ‎most prestigious venues including Suntory Hall, Herkulessaal, Wigmore Hall, the ‎Concertgebouw and the Palau de la Música. In 2006, she was awarded the rank of Chevalier ‎of the Ordre National du Mérite by the French Foreign Minister, and in 2008, the rank of ‎Chevalier of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres. In 1998, she created the Résonnance ‎Foundation in Switzerland, whose mission is to take music to places where it is not commonly ‎found.‎
PILAR GUARNE, piano ‎
Residing in Barcelona, Guarné has performed in venues such as the Théâtre de Beaulieu and ‎the Salle Paderewski in Lausanne, the Bâtiment des Forces Motrices in Geneva, the Yehudi ‎Menuhin Forum in Bern, the Fundación Juan March in Madrid, the Ateneul Român in ‎Bucharest and the Palais des Congres Dbayeh in Beirut. In 2009, she was appointed head of ‎the Résonnance Foundation in Spain. ‎
DIEGO MIGUEL-URZANQUI, conductor ‎
Since 1998, his musical career has taken him to concert halls in Europe, the USA and Asia. He ‎has conducted orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Bucharest Camerata ‎Regală and the Orchestre Solidaire Résonnance. He also carries out extensive musical activity ‎at Barcelona’s Universitat Pompeu Fabra. ‎
ORTHEMIS, DE CAMBRA DE L’EMPORDÀ
The orchestra was founded in Figueres in 1989 by Carles Coll Costa, who would be its musical ‎director until 2017. Since its début, it has embarked on various tours that have taken it to ‎perform in 44 countries across the five continents. The Generalitat de Catalunya’s Ministry of ‎Culture awarded it the Premi Nacional de Música (Classical Music Category) in 1992.‎
