The Kebyart Ensemble will perform the national premiere of the Concerto for saxophone quartet and wind ensemble by David Maslanka, a work that displays great emotional and spiritual intensity. The Band will complete the concert with Mother Earth and Give Us This Day, two works by David Maslanka himself in which the composer proposes full self-awareness as the only path to a peace-filled life.
