The cello in its pure state, with an original repertoire. Next to the well-known Suite nº 3 by J.S. Bach, his possible influence on well-known, XX century composers like Hindemith and Britten. The programme closes with the work by Pau Casals’ famous disciple: the musician and professor Gaspar Cassadó. Commentary prior to the concert at 20:00 h.
