Vinyes Curtis will be joining the cast of Cinderella on 19 and 20 November to sing in the world premiere of Tres amores oscuros (Three Dark Loves) by Enric Palomar, a work commissioned by L'Auditori. The mezzo-soprano will be replacing Maria José Llergo, who has been forced to cancel.
Violinist Alexandra Conunova will be playing alongside the OBC on 26 and 27 November. With the incorporation of Alexandra Conunova, who will be replacing Patricia Kopatchinskaja, there has been a change to the programme. In addition to Symphony No. 7 by Dvořák, she will also be performing Brahms Violin Concerto instead of Corpo elettrico by Luca Francesconi, as well as Jealousy by Leoš Janáček. The programme will be conducted by Ruth Reinhardt.
