In 1945, British composer Benjamin Britten was commissioned to compose a guide to the orchestra, aimed at introducing symphonic instruments to young people. With this same idea, the Barcelona Symphony Band and the Educational Project produced the first Young Person’s Guide to the Band, through which we will discover all its colours and sounds.
