Program
The International Composition Course, directed by Demian Luna in partnership with the Institut Français de Barcelone, is one of the highlights of the world of composition. Young composers from around the world, selected in an open competitive call, are guided by guest composers as they share their creative ideas, assisted by the Barcelona Modern Ensemble.
PROGRAMThe Barcelona Modern Ensemble presents a concert of works by renowned international composers: Francesco Filidei and Oscar Bianchi, residents at this year’s International Composition Course and the Barcelona Modern Festival, Alberto Posadas and Beat Furrer. The programme is completed by the first ever performance of piece by Xavier Pagès-Corella.
