Innovation, fusion, interdisciplinarity, and pedagogy are some of the concepts that best define the creative line of the BCP. Their performances are characterized by meticulous chamber work and a careful and energetic stage presence.

Thanks to the versatility and diversity of their projects, they have been invited to participate in numerous international festivals such as Ensems, Festival Bernaola, Ciclo Series del CNDM, Festival Sirga, or Out·Side, performing in prestigious venues such as the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, the Murchison Performing Arts Center, Palau de Les Arts in Valencia, Palau de la Música in Valencia, ADDA, Sala 400 in Madrid, L’Auditori in Barcelona, and in various countries in both Europe and America.

They have appeared as soloists with ensembles like the Lone Star Wind Orchestra (Dallas), North Texas Wind Symphony, Banda Municipal de Barcelona, Banda Municipal de Palma de Mallorca, Banda Municipal de Bilbao, Banda Sinfónica de las Américas, or the OJC de Lleida, under the direction of José R. Pascual-Vilaplana, Salvador Brotons, Tim Reynish, or Eugene Migliaro Corporon, among others.

As a result of their commitment to new music, they have premiered works by composers such as Arturo Márquez, Paquito D’Rivera, Daniel Freiberg, Victoriano Valencia, Rubén Darío Gómez, Edmundo Villani-Côrtes, Bernat Vivancos, Joan Magrané, Enric Palomar, Raquel García-Tomas, Carlos de Castellarnau, Josep Maria Guix, Núria Núñez Hierro, or José Manuel López López. Additionally, they have shared the stage with renowned musicians such as flamenco singer Pere Martínez and pianist Marco Mezquida.

They have recorded and produced seven albums, and this season they will present “Panamericano,” their eighth album featuring six new original works for clarinet quartet and symphonic band, resulting from their recent tour in the Americas.

The BCP are artists representing prestigious instrument and accessory brands Selmer and Vandoren, and they wear clothing designed by Josep Abril.
