The Centre Robert Gerhard for the promotion and dissemination of Catalan musical heritage, located in the Auditori building, was designed as a centre devoted to fostering and developing a range of publishing, recording and concert projects closely linked to the musical heritage of Catalan-speaking countries.

The aim of the CRG is to help discover, recognise and raise the profile of the leading works and composers from this important historical Catalan musical heritage.
